Refund policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.
If the item in question was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at geralcasadospocos@gmail.com and send the item to:

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Lost Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

A nossa história remonta a mais de cinco gerações, quando o nosso tetravô começou a cultivar as primeiras oliveiras em Vilar Torpim, guiado apenas pela sabedoria do tempo e pela força da tradição.
Ao longo dos anos, cada geração preservou o mesmo espírito: produzir um azeite autêntico, puro e de qualidade excecional. Mantivemos o cultivo tradicional, respeitando o ritmo da natureza e as variedades autóctones que definem a identidade da nossa região — como a Cornicabra, a Carrasquinha e a Verdeal.
Hoje, aliamos esse legado familiar ao rigor da agricultura biológica e às melhores práticas de extração moderna, garantindo um azeite virgem extra que honra o passado e olha para o futuro.
Mais do que um produto, cada gota do nosso azeite é a expressão de uma herança viva — um elo entre a terra, a família e o tempo.
